Using these to kick the coffee addiction
I am trying to cut down on my coffee intake, and these are helping with that. Other than that, there is a good mix of multivitamins, the capsule seems like a natural product, and I have friends who swear by this brand.

Good formula
I like this formula, it's a good general Multivitamin. Besides the multivitamin, it has a probiotic and then the adaptogen Rhodiola. They also added some caffeine which is about a cup of coffee worth. I already drink coffee so that is not anything I care about in the mix, but the Probiotic and Rhodiola add real value to the forumula,This forumula is promoted as "fermented Liposomal" both of which sound good. My understanding is that Liposomal delivery of vitamins is considered a more bioavailable approach. Now, 50 mg of Rhodiola is not that much and it's not clear if this is a standardized version- it could be stronger or weaker than most. But if standardized, then 200mg 2x per day is considered a full dose.Overall, I'm not sure if a single capsule of this does much more than your average multivitamin. If you want caffeine and don't drink coffee or tea that may have an effect. In general, this is a light dosage of vitamins and even lighter of Rhodiola and Probiotic. Really one might prefer to take two of these per day but be careful about not taking past 2pm due to the caffeine. For the cost, I think one would do better to take an inexpensive multivitamin, a good full dose probiotic and a good full dose of Rhodiola and it would cost less per day with more effect. That said and price/dose aside, it's a nice formula.

I Love taking this Product in the Morning
I thought it was genius to put 65mg of caffeine in a multivitamin supplement. Not only do I not forget to take my vitamin, but I look forward to it every morning. The product provides a great blend of vitamins and minerals as well as a morning boost with as much caffeine as a cup of tea.I also like the formulation of this product. You don't get super doses of fat soluble vitamins which makes it a multivitamin you can take every day.The product I received was very fresh, it didn't have any funny smells, and the clear capsule allows you to see the ubiquitous blend in each one. I do like the capsule style multivitamins because you know they will dissolve in the stomach unlike those hard multivitamins where you are never really sure they have been broken down. One of the downsides of this product is probably the size of the capsule. It is a little bit larger, so if you have any issues swallowing pills, this may be a difficult one. Otherwise, if you do not have any issues swallowing pills, you will have no issuesI actually never tried Garden of Life multivitamins, and I am extremely glad I had this opportunity. The brand regularly shows up on consumer lab tests and performs to specification. I really like this product, and I highly recommend giving it a try.

Convenient
This is a great multivitamin with extra energy boost! I like that it also has probiotics so I can take 1 less pill everyday. Very convenient.

Unable to tolerate this supplement - heartburn, restlessness
I chose to try this supplement because I trust the Garden of Life brand and use many of their supplements. I struggle with low energy on a daily basis and figured I’d give this a try.Unfortunately, I don’t seem to tolerate this particular supplement, and after looking up some side effects of rhodiola, I suspect it may be the culprit. The first day I took the supplement in the morning with food and had severe heartburn for nearly the rest of the day. I took the next day off from the supplement and took it again a couple days later. This time, the heartburn still occurred, but was less severe, and I noticed I was very restless and unsettled all morning. Same with the next day of taking it. I just don’t feel well at all on it. When I take a day off from it, I feel normal again.I don’t think it’s the caffeine, as I have caffeine daily with no side effects. After researching rhodiola, I found that some people can experience indigestion and a jittery/restlessness with the supplement. Unfortunately, I appear to be one of the few people sensitive enough to it to have side effects. It’s a commonly used supplement in other parts of the world and does seem to have some promising benefits for energy, focus, and mood, but for those of us very sensitive to it, it may not be tolerated. It’s probably worth a try since most people appear to tolerate it well, but be aware that there can be some side effects.

Great brand, I had to research liposomal
Garden of Life Dr. Formulated Multi+ Energy Support: Fermented Liposomal Multivitamin + Green Coffee Bean Extract, Rhodiola & Probiotics. I have always read positive reviews about Garden of Life vitamins and supplements so I was happy to give these a try. I honestly prefer gummy vitamins as I have issues with capsules feeling like they get stuck in my throat. I am happy to say that I have not had any issues swallowing these capsules. The supplement does not leave any weird aftertaste and has not led to any GI upset (I can get very nauseated from vitamins (prenatal, Centrum). I drink one cup of green tea in the morning, otherwise the only caffeine I get is from chocolate. Too much caffeine makes me anxious and irritable, I experienced neither with this product. I do not feel any different after taking these than after other multivitamins, maybe it takes a few months of use to achieve the intended results. I had to do a little research on liposomal vitamins, if it actually helps target where the vitamins are directed that should be valuable in how the vitamins are utilized by our bodies.
