So happy to have this multivitamin + stress & mood from the trusted Garden of Life brand. Thankful that these vitamins include probiotics so that they don't have to be purchased and taken separately. I am impressed that this supplement is formulated by Dr. David Perlmutter, MD, and made in the USA. This is a quality multivitamin with good ingredients that are very effective. I have not had any negative side effects from these supplements. They are an important part of my daily routine to stay healthy.

I have a pretty bad gag reflex so I'll just say right off the bat these are losing a point for being pretty big. That said, I don't notice any negative effects when taking this as a mostly daily supplement. I don't notice any specific benefits or differences either, but I'm being cautious to not invoke placebo effect. I don't think these would hurt to take, but would have preferred liquid gels or smaller tablets.

These supplements are made by a great company that you can trust uses good ingredients and are effective. They have no smell or taste whatsoever. They are small enough I have no trouble swallowing them.

I can't claim this supplement has affected my mood or stress levels. To be honest, I don't feel much different since starting them, however your experience may vary. That being said, I trust the brand and am confident in the quality of the ingredients as a result. I've not had any unwanted side-effects, and see no reason not to recommend these based on my experience with Garden of Life in the past.

I was excited to find this multivitamin from a brand that I trust. It combines so many of the supplements I have interest in using into 2 easy capsules. I'll be interested to see any improvements with continued use.

Take time to review the blend on this multivitamim and compare. This is far superior to what I was taking, with a lot more b12 and from a better source. It also has ashwagandha and probiotics to support other functions. I am giving it a star less just because I find it a bit heavy on the stomach, so I definitely need to have it with food.

If you buy into the hype around fermented vitamins and liposomal delivery for basic micronutrients, then this might be a good value for you. Personally, I think those things aren't necessary as long as you're taking your vitamins with meals.I can't say I'm particularly impressed by the ingredient choices, especially with just using alpha-tocopherol (as opposed to using mixed tocopherols or even just including gamma), or using phylloquinone (aka phytonadione, or K1) as opposed to a K2 source (whether MK4 or MK7).Again, if you want the fancy stuff this product markets, then go for it. However, there are cheaper options which are better formulated (in my opinion), such as the multi from Doctor's Best.
