The tubelight doesn’t work
I ordered set of 3 Halonix remote controlled tublight.The tubelight flickered after installation for 10-15 min and then completely went off. It’s not good quality product. I want to return these as they are inferior product. I am getting no option to return or call amazon customer service to talk and return.Avoid this product and Amazon please take them back and provide me with refund.

Perfect product , neighbours impressed & no reflection while watching TV. soothing on eyes.Ease of setup as package included wall fixtures and nails.Works with the same old household switches, No learning curve for elderly.Works without internet, wifi or voice assistants.Simple and best way to change the mood of your room via light variation modes.A bit costlier , but highly recommended product. came in a sturdy packing.

5 star tube light but no clamps
The tube light that can give you white light or yellow light or both, depending on your mood is an excellent product. So i decided to change all. But one of them came without the clamp bracket and there is none of that size available in the market. The company sent me a replacement without notifying me on a day when i was travelling and returned the replacement. I had asked only for a clamp to be sent. Sad not to be able to use it

There are big plastic caps at the ends which don’t look good and are unnecessary
Brightness is great and remote is okayish as it only works if you directly point at it (must be accurate).
