Bundling in 2, and packing one defective piece
Superb method to sell defective pieces. Bundle into 2, one good and another defective. I placed 2ft x 2 number tubight, one order. After placing one tube light, I realised after placing second one that it's not working. For fixing electrician charged and now I have to pay for removal as well. What a joke. 2 rupee ki Chai, glass phoda 10 rupee. And they don't have return policy for 1 piece out of bundle of 2.

5 star tube light but no clamps
The tube light that can give you white light or yellow light or both, depending on your mood is an excellent product. So i decided to change all. But one of them came without the clamp bracket and there is none of that size available in the market. The company sent me a replacement without notifying me on a day when i was travelling and returned the replacement. I had asked only for a clamp to be sent. Sad not to be able to use it
