Excellent product shipped with proper heavy duty packaging..!! I recycled the heavy duty cardboard and kept the foam blocks for other purposes.. When I go to the Oregon Coast I had to run the engine in a small RV when I needed electricity, but no more..!! I have the GROWATT - Helios 3600W which stays charged for many hours before I recharge.. I use the Helios 3600W for a small heater, electric fans, microwave, iPhone and iPad, electric blanket, hotplate, anything rechargable…!! I definately RECOMMEND this clean energy product..!! No gasoline, diesel or propane needed… It is heavy and should be moved carefully.. Be sure to install the little rubber feet included with the unit…

I've been wanting one of these for years. Our power goes out during the thunderstorm season. Now we'll never need to replace everything in the fridge or freezer again because of power outages. I like that it's on wheels, it's very heavy but easy to maneuver on wheels and the built in handle retracts out of the way just like a big piece of luggage. If you can write a review on Amazon you can figure out how to use it. It has an easy to use layout, follow the instructions and you're in business. It seems really sturdy and holds a charge a long time.

So far these batteries are working out excellent. I can run a portable 8k BTU A/C for about 5 hours on one battery and one backup. Recharge time will vary.Cannot get the Bluetooth or Wi-Fi to work yet.When shipping, I ordered the main battery and the backup, they only tracked one box. So they showed up weeks apart with no clue when the second box would get there.2nd issue is the operating guide is a little light on subject matter, especially on how to charge it and what all can charge it. They give some details but requires an internet search, and DO NOT USE the Anderson plug without a charge controller…..Overall I am definitely going to buy more, but my expectations and wallet have gotten lower.

Works ok when it works. I've had it hiccup turning on a small AC that takes about 300w, which made everything attach to it starting dimming and undimming. It can usually turn on that AC just fine, but for some reason the station is glitchy and inconsistent with when it wants to work. Also it randomly shuts off after some hours of usage. I've had it shut off twice within 2 hours with a small 250w load (just a PC and some monitors). No chance it was overheating and it had 80% charge. It will shut off even if it's not being used, I can hear the relays inside switching on and off randomly. Not sure what to make of that. I did do the firmware update through the app when I first got it, so maybe it's buggy. I contact their support for help and got an automated response and then nothing after a week. I would steer clear and getting a more known brand, because despite the features and specs on paper, the thing does not deliver basic functionality reliably.Edit: Just tried powering a dryer with 240v and the dryer didnt even turn on at all so that i can select a drying mode. Completely powerless with the 240v light bright green.
