Nice mat for rolling pastry. Adheres well and does not slide.CANNOT be used for shaping sourdough. The topside of the mat is not completely smooth and slick so the sourdough sticks and becomes a mess.

well received as a gift, i have a different one and the idea of these work great for baking and pie crust. i cant speak toward this exact one as it was s gift but they do work great and welcomed by any home baker. worth the buy
