Bright and does not irritate my eyes
I purchased this because I was looking for a teal liner that was not made in China. This fit the bill perfectly. It is bright, has not caused any allergic reaction and is a good consistency. Doesn't smudge easily but isn't so hard that it's difficult to put on. Would definitely repurchase.

Gorgeous color
I looooove this shade. It blends so well for an oceanic ombré look. Stays on all day (and night; I fell asleep with my makeup on ... which I do not recommend but it was still vibrant!) and easy to sharpen and apply. So in love with this color!

Mine wasn't usable
I didn't use it in time to return it, but when I did open it the liner fell out leaving me with a mostly empty wood pencil. Not enough left to sharpen. So disappointed. A lot of money to waste.
