I am a bath person. I take a hot bath every night, and shower only when I need to wash my hair which is usually about 3 times a week. I didn't understand what all the fuss was about Epsom salts until recently, so I decided to try it out. Epsom salts are amazing, they relax your muscles, detox your body, soothe aches and pains, and are COMPLETELY NATURAL AND FROM THE EARTH! They are even edible in small amounts as a cure for constipation. These salts are pure Magnesium sulfate epsom salts. Magnesium is a crucial mineral our bodies need, and often our diets do not contain enough of this. And Magnesium can be absorbed through our skin.Since they are natural, they do not irritate women's private areas either like chemical bath soaps and fragrances can.This huge bag was only 11.99 and got to me in two days through my Amazon Prime. These salts are larger than the typical ones sold at Walgreens and CVS, and they glisten! I love my baths even more now, I have also been putting a few drops of essential oil in my baths and I am in heaven. Treat yourself this is so good for you! This is a tired overworked mom talking who desperately needs to find rest rejuvenation and relaxation wherever possible. But even kids can benefit, especially after a hard day at school or sports. Such a win-win.

I had 2 birch trees removed and drilled holes on the stump, then fill the holes with this epsom salt. So far so good and the trunk might not bio-degrade as fast as I wish, but one thing is for sure, the root wouldn't be alive to sprouts up new growth.

I use a cup in warm tub for muscle pain after exercise. Relaxes muscles so well I sleep like a baby afterwards. This is a quality product and the cost is not inexpensive but I found it works better than the brand we used growing up.

I saw a previous reviewer rate this poorly, saying they can find Epsom salt at the dollar store for cheaper, yes with CHEMICALS and SYNTHETICS in it, at a cost to your health, trust me I've tried and had negative chemical reactions to lesser quality products, not all products are created equally, this product, Epsoak by SaltCo is one I trust and learned to trust by unfortunate trial and error. I am happy to purchase this one over and over again and haven't strayed since I've found it, it's the one I have been buying for the past 3 YEARS.I use 2 cups of this pure Epsom salt in my bath for detoxing, re-mineralizing, and replenishing my body, stiff muscles, inflammation, stress, GI stress, and soft skin.Sometimes I'll add Epsom Salts, Baking Soda, and Essential Oils all together in a glass bowl (because oil and water don't mix the oil will only float on top of the water if you don't mix it with something) stir, add to a bath and soak for 20-30 mins in warm water. My skin is always softer after and I'm always much more relaxed. I LOVE that I can customize the scent with natural products and even herbs since Epsoak is UNSCENTED. Making custom Epsom salt mixtures/blends with EPSOAK has become a favorite hobby of mine.I am thankful to have this on my healing journey. Thanks to my naturopath who said this might help my fatigue, pain relief, and inflammation I was experiencing. I've found MULTIPLE benefits from it, baths are now a big part of my self-care routine. When I don't want a whole bath, I do an Epsom salt foot soak in a bucket, and still get the benefits.Also, I have wanted to try this on my rose bushes but unfortunately, I think I have killed them before I got the chance. This is a future to-do project!
