A shore work out tool for this COVID season!
Very affordable and easy to use while sitting or standing. Helps me to stretch out while I am watching tv or taking a short break from the computer. VERY NICE !

This is a bad product and should not be sold or given away free.
This should be sold as a childs toy. It came with no instructions and looks like it will snap in half when doing a real workout. Now it is collecting dust in a bin.

The quality is poor, it scares me to stretch it and hit my sweet face. it was cheap

There is nothing to dislike about this product. This device is terrific for use to strengthen/firm arms,& tighten abs.!

Cheap feels like it'll snap anytime. Okay for when laying or sitting down.

Silicone exerciser
Like the color of the exerciser and the muli-exercises to use it for but it broke the second day I used it. With the cheap price, I thought the ropes might break over time but the silcone ropes are ok it was the foot strap that broke. I will still use the ropes for stretching but if you want to use the footstraps for the various stomach, back and leg exercises it just doesn't hold up. I ordered it on May 17th and didn't get it until July 3rd so it wasn't worth exchanging it.

It was ok,years ago I had one with a spring and i seen one on amazon but chose this one..just had back surgery so i cant use it the way i want to now,but I'm sure it will do ok,if not,I'll purchase the one with the spring..but overall it's just ok

Came used and looked like it had been run over. Dirt and gross. Waste if money. No instructions either. Cheaply made.

This is a great item for the price, however, a piece of it keeps falling off, which makes it hard during exercising.I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT I JUST GOT THIS MESSAGE FROM THE SELLER!!! USE GLUE? How this is going to help shaping your ABS
I ordered this so called Body Building Exerciser for ABS, but the cords are so soft I can stretch them by 2 fingers. This is a total joke, if any one thinks of using this dog and pony strings for any meaningful exercise.Amazon should remove this useless product from its line up.
