I'm older, and used to, back in my 20s (back 100 years ago) do weight training and aerobics. Over the years I had gotten lazy, to put it mildly. And about 10 years ago I started on my weightloss/try to get healthy journey. I have a gym membership which I use frequently. However, in the winter months, I am at a place where the gym is not easily accessible. So I improvise with home equipment. Found myself at my winter home earlier than expected this year, due to family health issues, and found this little gadget. Received it yesterday and on my way working my lower abs! Haven't explored its other uses yet, but for the lower abs it's a great little piece of equipment.

I am enjoying working out with my Awaiymi pedal resistant band. it is easily assessable. I keep it near my bed and chair. I use it while watching TV and in between zoom calls. It has helped my sciatica immensely. I also enjoy the door Accessory that works my chest and back. I have lost inches off of my waist and stomach as I use it laying on the bed, watching my favorite TV shows. For this, I am grateful.

Looks good & tension is good but was delivered to me with one missing Steel Spring Snap Hook.

Super easy to assemble.. anyone can do it! It's perfect.. it's exactly what I needed! It's good material.. not cheaply made.. it is worth the price! And the size if perfect for both tall and short people.. It's a great workout.. and another great item added to our workout collection!

Very difficult to use this product. The feet part is too thick and hard to keep one's balance. After only a few uses the band are stretched out to where they can no longer be used. Also, no instructions are included. I'm sorry while I will not return, I would not recommend people purchase this item.

I finally found something that works for me, I'm 61 and disabled. Bitten by a Brown Recluse. Left me in a Coma for a while. Now blind in one eye and lost a big toe. Now have bad vertigo. This pully has given me something that i can lay in my bed and pull up and down. I'm only on the first cord, it works great. Thanks for creating this. Letting everyone know its made for everyone.
