Birds love it and squirrels hate it
This double suet feeder has been a total win in my backyard! I’ve struggled with squirrels stealing all the suet before the birds even got a chance, but this feeder has changed the game. The design makes it much harder for squirrels to get in (and trust me, they’ve tried), while still being super accessible for my favorite feathered visitors.I’ve had everything from woodpeckers to chickadees happily feeding away, and the double compartments mean I can offer two types of suet at once — perfect for attracting a variety of birds. It’s solidly built, easy to load, and has held up great in all kinds of weather. If you’re tired of watching squirrels hog the buffet, this feeder is a great investment. Finally, the birds are back in charge!

Keeps out the squirrels
These squirrel proof bird feeders actually work to deter squirrels and the cost is reasonable. We've been battling squirrels for years in our backyard and this feeder is a Win for us! The squirrels tried for several days to get to the suet with no success and they finally gave up. Smaller birds fit into the cage. Larger birds like Cardinals are able to hang onto the cage and reach in for the suet. Even larger woodpeckers can get to the suet. Squirrels definitely cannot!! The feeders are attractive and easy to refill. We bought three!

Buy it now while it's at a great price and you won't be sorry.
I love this feeder and so do our Woodpeckers. It took them one day to find it and trust it. They are experts at getting in and out. It was easy to fill after my husband got the top off for me because the screw was really on tight. It wasn't too heavy to lift after I got it filled and I found the perfect spot. I put Peanut Butter suet on 1 side and Nuts and Berries (their favorite it seems) on the other side and the feast was on. The Bully Birds have really been frustrated and the Squirrels don't even try anymore. I'm so glad I found this.

After modifications mentioned in reviews it works great. Starlings can’t get inside!
I did the modification of adding 3/4” inch wood block on each side of the suet box inside of the feeder. Put a placemat on the bottom so that there was a floor for the birds to stand on. Then I put plastic over the top of the suet cages so the birds don’t get inside and get stuck in the suet area itself. I have Downey woodpeckers that love to go inside and can eat freely without the starlings being able to get in. I have seen a titmouse and a couple chickadees go inside as well. It took some time before they would go inside, but they’re coming around to it. So that’s normal for any new feeder you put up. The feeder works great at keeping starlings out with these modifications they cannot reach the suet. I make my homemade suet, and it’s almost like crack to them it’s crazy, I wish the cage part was larger than the modifications wouldn’t have to come in to play . I am a little worried about the top and the threads getting worn out on the lid but right now it’s new and I haven’t figured out anything different yet. There are some modifications that need to be done for to get a five star but this is the closest thing that I’ve found that keeps the starlings out . I’m glad I bought it. I just wish the company would modify the feeder like the people who reviewed it have asked because that would make it perfect.I came back modified my review and added the photos. I’ve had this up for a while now. I’m very pleased that the Downey woodpecker and his mate can get in there. It took a couple weeks, but the chickadee will go in and the tufted titmouse goes in. I have yet to see a cardinal inside. I’m very pleased with it and I put pictures on, so you could see the Downey inside and leaving with no problem. Also, you could see the modifications that I did. I didn’t add a perch yet which I’m going to do and that may help the cardinal to get in and out of there. Where the suet is located the starlings can’t reach it. It does drive them a little crazy but after a while they give up and leave .

Well made and keeps squirrels out.
Very well made and durable. I added two perches made out of wire, it encourages birds to investigate. I also widened some of the spaces to make it easier for woodpeckers. It takes a little while for birds to start using but they eventually figure it out.

Good for small birds
This keeps the larger birds out. But also if you have larger Downy or any other birds they struggle to get in .

I guess I’m one the unlucky ones 🤷♀️
I have had my feeder since December … the birds just don’t want to use it… maybe they have it too good with my other feeders in my yard … here we are almost June and virtually no activity…It is sturdy built well but for my yard it’s a no, I’ll just get another squirrel buster feeder they’re a bit pricey but worth it…
