Q: Can I use an extension lead with it if the lead is t long enough

Never use an extension lead for a heater. Its dangerous. I forgot heaters should only be plugged straight into a wall socket and one day mine went ‘pop.’ Research it.

Q: What is the warranty on this heater please

5 years from date of sale. In the absence of of stamp and date of purchase, 5 years from date of manufacture. Service life is 30 years according to the brochure.

We use it in 25 Square meter room. Badly insulated. It's OK but for this size of room if temperature is below 0, you need additional heater too to have 20'C in the room

Q: How high up the wall can theses be put on or do they have to be like at a radiator hight?

As far as I know they can be put at any height and some people fit them on the ceiling. You need to remember that they heat people and things, not the air in a room. They heat you in the same way as the sun and the closer you get the warmer you feel. It's important to get the correct size/power of heating panel for the room you are heating.
