Q: Says it is sold 10 per case. Is it $55 for case of 10 or $55 for one splice kit?

It is sold per splice kit (only 1).

Q: will this work for 3 wire 120V connection? crimp the 3 together and put in this? Any other products that would accomodate if not?

Depends on the gauge on how many you'll need but yes. Smaller gauge wire, you would be able to fit all three wires. I'm assuming w 120v power, it shouldn't be an issue. Could easily splice and fit 3 six gauge wires in one kit. I will say it would be easier to get one kit per wire, but not necessary at all.
