Q: Am I supposed to put bulbs in a bucket with dirt and then plant in two weeks? Or store over the winter?

Just an educated guess, not a professional answer: it depends on your planting zone. If you have cold winters, unpack the bulbs from their plastic wrappers and store them in straw, or something that breathes, in a milk crate and keep them in a cool, dry place. Check them every month or so to make sure they're not damp or rotting. Plant them after the last frost - not too deep, some of the rhizome should be visible, and water them regularly. Hope you enjoy them! I love mine, and am just about ready to pack them away until they are beautiful again next year!

Q: Do you have the King Red Canna bulbs?

Only 4 of the 12 I purchased grew and 2 are so small they probably not bloom. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I asked for a refund for one order of 6 but have yet to receive it. I learned my lesson.

Q: can i get a partial refund if some to not grow?

I believe there is a disclaimer provided if the bulbs do not germinate. However, I've found a few bulbs took MONTH to germinate to growth above the soil.

Q: Where are these grown & shipped from?

Most of our Cannas are imported from Holland and are shipped from Wisconsin.
