Very gentle and soft. When I was wearing lashes this was the product I would get. The brush is so addictive! I no longer wear lashes but I do still use this to remove strong mascaras as i lose less lashes in the process!

This eyelash shampoo is great! I’ve been using it on my eyelash extensions. They’re clean and the product does not burn or cause any issues. It comes with a soft brush for cleaning and a serum for growing your natural lashes. Highly recommend.

Works very well for keeping both my natural lashes and my lash extensions clean between fills or sets. It's also cheaper than the shampoo offered by my lash tech, which I like. Haven't experienced any pain, burning or skin irritation while using this product, so that's a good thing. Also I don't tend to lose lashes when using this product. Maybe 1 strand once every 3 uses, but that's really it. It's gentle enough that you could use it daily, but I only use it about every other day since I don't really wear makeup. If you wear makeup often or even everyday, you'll want to use this daily after removing any makeup. Comes with a shampoo applicator brush as well as a lash brush. A little goes a long way; I only use a single pump each for left and right side.In addition to keeping my lashes clean, I also find that it helps with cleaning away that eye crust I tend to get in the mornings after a deep sleep lol. So it really does work to cleanse your lashes as well as the area around them.Def recommend this product and plan to purchase again once I'm running low. I've had my current bottle since beginning of March and still have a LOT left over approaching the end of April.

Favorite lash shampoo! Does not sting or irritate the eyes and last for about a month or two depending on how much you are using in a single use! Will continue to purchase!

Recently I had an eye irritation which I suspected could’ve been related to my most recent lash extension appointment and to my disbelief after several days of attempting to flush it out with drops, it simply wouldn’t go away. I went to see a doctor about it and he was able to remove a speck stuck under my top eyelid. Anyway, whether it was due to my lash extensions or not - he informed me there was plenty of debris sitting atop of them. To my dismay, I immediately went on Amazon to look for lash shampoo and that is how I’ve encountered Stacy Lash. While I’ve yet to use this product at the moment (since I literally received it earlier today), I must jump on here and say the packaging was so pretty that I felt loved. Lolx. I ordered the shampoo kit with the water bottle dispenser, cleansing pad and various brushes. I simply can’t wait to use it. At this juncture, I’m rating it a generous four stars and will update at a later time after further usage.

So far, I absolutely love!! Does not irritate my sensitive eyes and doesn’t burn. My eyes get super oily and this has really helped remove that excess oil and keep my lashes looking clean. Definitely worth the money for the size of the product.
