Not as Advertised. Is not non stick
I already donated my Blue Diamond pans to goodwill. Advertised as non stick, but food absolutely 100% sticks to the pan unless you use plenty of oil. I don't want Teflon coated pans so I thought I'd give these a shot, but they simply don't work well. I found some other non-stick non Teflon coated pans that work far better.

Really well made
most nonstick thing in the kitchen - practically miraculous - does the job as an excellent flat griddle for pancakes and sourdough crumpets - really well made, solid, flat - would buy again

Really like the size of this. And, a lot of other griddles I have gotten tend to stick. This one does not. Great for french toast and pancakes.

Great pans for cooking. Use wooden or plastic and they cook perfectly. Love these pans

if you want a new pan get it.

Easy to use and clean up
Easy to use and clean up. Only downside is the handle gets very hot. Make sure you have pot holder or handle holder.

Love this pan
Works nicely I've been using this for a while now. It hasn't beveled or burned out. The enamel is still intact. I generally use it for pancakes, omelets, and quesadillas. Temperature distribution is nice good value for the money. I'd recommend
