I did not rate (apply stars) Stretch nor Sheerness, as I have no idea what those refer to in relation to this electrical wire.The price was good for 250' of very hard to find 12-3 (with ground) "romex" style wiring.I needed 12-3 to run 20 amp 240 volt (with common) in my pole barn, 12-2 is easy to find locally, however 12-3 is difficult to find locally but was available here.. (Amazon).The wiring (product) is exactly as advertised and was delivered as expected.
