Best at-home calf block on the market
This calf-block is literally a replica of what Arnold talks about using back when he was building his infamously small calves at the start of his bodybuilding career. Can't beat the stretch that this block allows you to achieve for any calf exercise. Combined with newer research confirming what bodybuilders have speculated for a while now of long-partial reps being as good if not better than full range-of-motion reps. This calf block is the best thing you're going to find on the market. Also - the product is Made-In-The-USA which is always a plus and it supports a small business. Win-Win

Extremly Sharp edges. Painful to use
Guess I could've done more research but this thing is extremely uncomfortable being only 3" wide and square 90* corners. I lift barefoot in my home gym. Probably works ok in a commercial setting with shoes

Great product for working calves
I use this with a smith machine I have and it gives a great calf workout. Very happy with it!

Needs a bit of lube, but excellent for adding range of motion.
Only problem was interference between the center section and the ends, likely because of a slightly uneven floor that exposed the lack of rigidity. A squirt of lithium grease and all smooth again.
