it will ''fit '' a 56 cm head but it will be loose as it states that it's 60-61 .it's only 1 size.

can't answer about the fit or size of the cap, as it was bought as a present for my grandson......All I can say is that he loved it !!!!!!

It fits great, proper peaky blinders hat. Very comfortable. My husband is 55cm and its lovely on him and it fits me and I am around 59cm.
