An excellent resource for all Marketers
This book is an absolutely essential resource for anyone who is involved in marketing.Digital marketing is no longer a stand alone subject, digital marketing is marketing and Simon makes that really clear. He doesn’t see digital marketing as separate and his book ensures the fundemental principles of marketing are described and applied to digital techniques.This is clearly a book written by someone that knows how digital marketing works in the real world.Full disclosure, ive not quite finished the book yet. However, I’m well over half way and so far it’s been incredibly helpful to help give my knowledge more structure so that I can take a more strategic approach to my work.

Phenomenal book of knowledge!
I would consider this my bible when it comes to marketing and business development. So much applicable information across multiple aspects. 10 out of 10 for anyone in the marketing industry

Insightful, thought provoking book
I purchased this from the recommending reading list for CIM L4 Digital Marketing. This is a really good book to read for those with experience with digital marketing, or for those who like me don't have a great deal of experience but need to learn more. I would say that perhaps it is a step up for my limited experience, and some of the detail it goes into is very complex. I had to google a lot of things, and there are still one or two small aspects of digital marketing; that are mentioned in the book, that I am still unsure of.However I believe a good book should encourage you to research and there are some great youtube videos out there. Overall this book was very interesting, and I learn a lot more than I needed to for the course, but I am very pleased about that. It made me think of ways I can use what I have learnt with my own campaigns both digital and offline. It is also a very interesting book and I found myself flying through chapters which are mostly well structured, with real life examples and a very useful section at the end of each chapter with further reading.I would definitely recommend this!

A valuable source of reference
Excellent information in here on how to implement a digital strategy (but also applies more generally across all sales and service channels). Easy to read and jump to relevant topics. Also great as a reference source to remind yourself of key points as you work through the phases.

English used in this book is very advanced and looks a poem book not a business one!
The language used in this book is not suited for a business book but it looks like the book has been written by Shakespeare! Lots of advanced english words have been used there and make it hard to understand! Generally, the context is really useful and highly recommend this book if you are native ( or even super native) speaker!
