I have ordered these several times. They smell like broccoli which is reassuring that it its what is says.In Dr. Michael Gregor's book, he says research shows less breast cancer recurrence in estrogen positive breast cancers with broccoli sprouts. I prefer the capsules, much easier, can't hurt.

This product is excellent. My Doctor told me to buy this product and also find a concentrated Green Tea extract. Between these two productsthey lower blood sugars better than most insulins. I have been diabetic for awhile and these products took my sugars from 390 down to 140. That ismost awesome since the price for lower sugars has dropped to a very low price. Green tea Extract 725 mgs and then take the Broccoli SproutExtract which is 1,000 mgs for 2 capsules, but I take 2 capsules twice a day and 1 Green tea Extract every day. I can't attest to the quality, but I feel good getting some broccoli into my diet. I don't end up eating a lot of vegetables. I know the best thing to do would be to eat the actual veges, but since I don't, I try to supplement. I don't know that it makes me feel any better or anything, but I'm just trying to do something to make up for my poor eating habits.
