Product helps me sleep more soundly and recover faster. If I stop taking it for a few days I can really tell a difference.

I have tried all ZMAs on the market. This one works very well. So well i tried going a few nights without it. I can always fall asleep never had issues with sleeping. But when i wake up without taking ZMA, even though i have been in a deep sleep, its hard to wake up and gain strength (it takes a while) When i take ZMA, i wake up very ready and most important i feel like i am rested and i feel strong as well. I havent had any negative side effects taking this and its very easy to take.

I bought this for workout recovery but noticed it was a superior sleep aid. I am so well rested now and sleep great and long. I don't get tired but when I sleep the quality is so good. I have since purchased and do take L Theanine through out the day but this combination i Z Matrix works better than L-Theanine alone. I did add a 2mg copper supplement to balance the Zinc which would be nice if they added that, All in all this is the only supplement keep reordering!

Z-Matrix definitely helped with my sleep and recovery. Also seemed to boost my T levels as attested to when waking up with wood, if you know what I mean. The only critique I have is that it requires you to take 4 soft gels. They are thin and easy to swallow, but I usually take all 4 at once. With enough water it's not a problem, but gel caps can some times feel like they're stuck going down if I don't have enough water to chase them down with and lie flat right after taking. When I take with enough water and don't lie down right after there's no problem.I definitely recommend.

I tend to hit a lot of caffeine during the day. I never had trouble with sleep but when I added this—my sleep improved quite a bit. I sleep deeper and don’t wake up during the night. I haven’t noticed any grogginess in the morning.Great stuff—I have purchased 3 times now and I will continue.

Quality product to stay healthy and sleep soundly!

I've taken ZMA products by different manufacturers for over 30 years. This ZMA is something else. It doesn't make falling asleep any faster or improves the quality of sleep. But the worse part is just like with Melatonin it makes you extremely tired the next morning. I took it the first time over the weekend. Usually, I need 7-8 hours of sleep. That night I went to bed at 2am kept waking up, had unpleasant dreams, then woke up at nine when my girlfriend got up and felt totally exhausted. I tried getting out of bed, but literally had no strength in me left to do that as I were a sick man. I kept trying intermittently to fall asleep, and couldn't do that that to to get up, but for I good hour could do neither. (I am fit, I exercise and normally get out of bed easily) Eventually by 10 am, as my girlfriend later told me, I did manage to fall asleep and slept until 12. But when I did manage to get out of bad, I was still very exhausted, groggy, feeling like a zombie for the next 7 hours. The day was lost. The next time (last night), I took 2 pills instead of recommended 4. I did managed to get out of bed on the first try, but I am still feeling very groggy.EVL additions of Folate, l-theanine, vitamin D and black pepper extract to classic ZMA formula looks innocuous enough. I don't believe that they can account for unpleasant side affects of this product as I have taken them all in the past as a part of daily supplement diet at the same time as I was taking classic ZMA and never felt so tired and groggy the next day. So it must be something else that EVL is putting into it and not saying. And the fact that you cannot return it underscores it even more. Shame on Amazon!
