The gummies are delicious and easy to take - they taste like strawberries! I've tried other biotin supplements in the past, but these gummies are by far the most effective. I think it's because they're made with high-quality ingredients and are easy to digest.One thing to note is that it takes a few weeks to start seeing results, so be patient! But trust me, it's worth it. I've already recommended these gummies to my friends and family. My only suggestion would be to make the bottle a bit bigger - I go through these gummies pretty quickly! But overall, I'm super happy with the results and would definitely buy them again. It’s worth the cost and it easy to melt and have some sort of stickiness to it ‼️

I’m 35 years old... I purchased this product on a whim about a month ago after hearing my friends talk for years on “taking Biotin” for their hair. I had a paycheck to burn and thought I’d spoil myself and finally buy myself some TLC products that I’ve always wanted to try. I decided I was going to spend some money on various vitamins, hair products and biotin... however, I hate pills. I hate pills so much. So after extensive searching on Amazon, I settled on this product for the high reviews and reasonable price. If it didn’t work, at least I didn’t spend too much. I have to be honest, I was not expecting a guaranteed experience. I had little faith in gummies really being as effective as pills. But desperate to not take pills, I took the gamble.I have natural light brunette hair and it is very thin, limp, and fine. It has been this way my entire life and I always blamed genetics. To give it some body I bleach it (I damage it pretty much, for that extra volume). During this same time of splurging on self-care products I also freshly bleached my hair. (This is important, you’ll see)Two weeks into taking the gummies, I started noticing my fresh roots showing very dramatically. I didn’t attribute it to the gummies at that time though and thought my hair lady just didn’t do as good a job in bleaching as closely to my scalp as she usually does. Three weeks into taking the gummies, I started catching my reflection often in any mirror I passed wondering why my roots looked so different. They were intensely dark and contrasting near my bleached hair. Not a usual trait of my usually fine hair, my natural roots are usually much lighter and almost blend into my bleached hair. Today, week four of taking the gummies, I finally took a genuine long look at my roots and ran my fingers through them. It had only been a month since I had my hair done and it looked like it had been two or three, my roots were drastically obvious, I was almost annoyed ... and then I finally realized what was happening. My hair is growing out much, much, much thicker than it ever had in my entire life! That’s why the new growth was appearing so dark. I am stunned! And excited. I have never had thick hair before. When I run my fingers through my natural new growth roots I feel body and thickness that I didn’t have before. I came straight on here to write this review. It has only been one month! And this new thicker growth is only an inch or so. I can not wait to see what a few more months will give me in hair health but it is obvious that these gummies are working. I wish I started taking these years ago.

This review is so long overdue but worth the read.I have struggled with trichotillomania since I was about 8 years old. It is finally now under control, but two years ago, the summer of 2018, I was fired for complaining about harassment at the start up I worked at...unexpected, stressful, anxiety ridden, no ideal how to pay rent or bills...the perfect storm for a TTM trigger. I picked a HUGE bald spot on my scalp...so embarrassing. I wore my hair up constantly, tried rogaine...did it all. I was at a point where I was terrified the hair just wouldn’t grow back.Fast forward to April 2019...seeking yet better hair regrowth options, I somehow stumbled upon this particular biotin product. I’ve take biotin supplements for years, wasn’t sure they ever did much. But this?? The photos I saw were amazing. I almost didn’t believe it, but was so desperate to do something about my situation I gave it a shot.Sorry I don’t have a picture of the raw bald spot. I was simply embarrassed of what I’d done. Photo 1 is 2-3ish months into taking this product, July 5, 2019. Photo 2 is 10/11/19. Photo 3 is June 2020.My hair stylist who has done my seamless wefts since 2019 but who has known me since 2009, specializes in hair regeneration. I couldn’t afford her treatments in the past. However, she has been STUNNED consistently at the results I’ve had after a year, and even recommends this product to her clients. My hair has grown at least at 5x the normal speed. I added collagen supplements around February of this year and I believe that helps as well.This does what Sugar Bear Hair claims to do; for a fraction of the price.The only con is I’m having to dye my greys every 2.5-3 weeks 😂 great problem to haveJust buy it. I am so grateful for this product. Happy to continue updating my “hair journey” if folks find this helpful.

I wanted to start taking Biotin and was always curious about the gummy versions. I decided to take the chance due to the great reviews. I am not a fruity/gummy fan at all but figured it would be tolerable, they're actually delicious!! i wonder if this is even a vitamin lol thats how good it is!!! you could sit there an eat the entire bottle if you didnt know any better. As for the quality, i think it would take 2 bottles to start noticing any difference. That being said i gave this 4 stars only b/c i haven't reaped the benefits just yet AND I have been experiencing a bitter taste in my mouth all day long and won't go away. I'm 3/4 of the way done with this bottle and i've started experiencing this as of last week, this is my second week. I'm starting to get concerned bc i thought it was something health wise, but the only change in my diet has been adding this supplement. Sadly, i will stop taking this with the hopes it goes away. I googled/found others have reported the same side effect. Might not happen to everyone but i figured this would be something to note.
