While it may not have specifically MSG/eNumber 621, and possibly not even eNumbers 620-625, it does contain eNumber 627 - Disodium guanylate, sodium guanylate... which IS an "MSG BOOSTER". That seems a bit over the top but it is a very useful seasoning.

Q: Can this be used with napa cabbage? I'm afraid it would just burn it up and destroy it.

This is a seasoning. Not sure how it would "burn up" Napa cabbage. I've used it with bok choy and green cabbage before, among other things.
