Packaging: Sounds like they heard you. My box came in a thin cardboard box, but there was a thick peice of cardboard taped all the way around it. No leakage. Every piece was in tact.Product: Yes, yes and yes. After way too long and trying everything under the sun, including a prescitption med, this product did the job! I was one day from going to the ER (per my doctor).Really great product.

Product works very well. Quadriplegic, spinal cord injury, have used for a bowel program. it's expensive, not covered by insurance, and worth it because it's gentler. However, like others have posted, the new packaging is garbage. As a sent from Amazon, the box gets crushed and the fragile tubes of medication get crushed too, burst and leak the medication out of the tube and into the bag all of the other tubes and it leaks out-of-the-box and into the envelope. It's a mess. Switch back to the hard plastic jar or ship it in a box. I'd rarely get one broken tube every few packages before and now it is the majority of them. These are so expensive. Please be respectful of those of us who are your loyal customers.

No way to contact Seller to address this problem!Canceling “Subscribe and Save” for this product because there doesn’t appear to be any way to discuss this problem with the Seller to resolve the issue, and I have no desire to experience a repeat of this problem on a monthly basis. Too expensive to risk!!The product works great! The problem is with the inability to be compensated for quality control issues that result in product loss.

Poor choice of shipping packaging by Amazon & manufacturer.
The item works very well, but product is packaged in a thin lightweight box by manufacturer. Amazon shipped the product to me in a plastic bag, so the manufacturer’s box was crushed. I was amazed that the product wasn’t crushed and oozing all over.
