way better than the ones at the store
My baby is exclusively breast fed and at our first Pediatrician appt. they told us we need to supplement Vitamin D. She gave us a sample pack which contained D-Vi-Sol. I used this for a while mixing it with milk and using a syringe-like tool as a brand new baby and I went really slow delivering it. That was fine but as time went on (and I had less help and less time) I just used the dropper that came with the package. That usually resulted in heartache as I watched my baby sputter, cough, swallow repeatedly and gasp for air. Then, in a breastfeeding support group I asked what other mother's were using and they said there was one that was only 1 drop & gave the whole dosage. This product is it! AND there's no added other chemicals nor coloring!! I tasted this, its tasteless. Just don't forget to turn the bottle upside down to apply it. It wasn't until I read a review or question that I learned this was the method. The package doesn't tell you. I was taking the plastic part out and dropping the liquid on that way. P.s. I'm convinced Vit. D is why our son has grown in length so quickly!

Good drops, terrible bottle
Our pediatrician recommended Vit D drops for our 2 month old (at the time). I think they're a great option as far as drops go. My only complaint is how they are dispensed! It drives me INSANE how slow the drops come out. I will usually drop them straight onto the breast or in baby's mouth but it literally takes a full 5 seconds (which is long when you think about it) of holding and shaking the bottle upside down to get a drop out. I realize you only need one drop so I'm guessing the goal is not let more than needed get out, but I would like to think I'm perfectly capable of stopping at one drop if they came out faster. It's just such a pain in the butt, especially with an impatient infant! Wish they would make it easier and faster when moms only have one hand to use!

dispenser
I really liked the drops and had no issues. But the label said 60drops and it lasted me 4 months, so does it mean i gave my baby 1/2 a drop per day. I am suspecting anything wrong with the dispenser?

Great Product
Since my baby drinks only breastmilk, the pediatrician recommended that I also give vitamin D drops once per day. It is the one component missing from breastmilk and I don't take the baby outside all the time. At first I bought some 30 drop, eye dropper thing but then I saw these online and the price per drop was significantly less. I also like that these drops are slightly "sticky" rather than watery. One drop in the bottled milk, on the nipple, or on a pacifier and you can still see it/it stays in place. The baby doesn't seem to notice the taste but I tend to swirl it into the milk. The only thing that confused me at first was how to get the drops out - there is no dropper, just an odd plastic contraption in the neck of the bottle. It has instructions and all you have to do is hold the bottle upside down for a few seconds and one drop will come out. When the bottle is more full, the drops come faster; when its almost empty, it can take 20ish seconds to drop. Great product!

Difficult to give the right amount
I purchased this product because my son hates taking his vitamin d drops, at two months old. I was excited about the one drop solution. However, there isn't a medicine dropper so parents are left to guess at how much one drop should be. After talking to two pediatricians, they suggested staying away from the highly concentrated drops, since over medicating can be harmful. I will not be using any of these drops.

Like the product, but seriously? Why is the bottle only 1/4 full??
I do like the product, as it is suspended in coconut oil. But why is my bottle only 1/4 full??

It's Vitamin D
I nurse and so my doctor asked me to give my infant Vitamin D. My previous doctor never mentioned needing it. I read online and found mixed opinions about whether my infant needs it. I live in Colorado... a very sunny place and drink A LOT of milk myself. I'm assuming it works. I can give it to my son on his tongue. It's easy to use. He is developing as he should.

I love these drops but they are difficult to dispense
I have been using these drops for about 3 months and I love that they are all natural and you only need to use one drop. My baby is not eating solids yet and is only breastfeeding so I put a drop on my nipple for her to suck off while nursing (as directed on the box). It is not very easy to get just one drop out though. It will be easier to do it on a spoon when I start giving her solids, but I feel like the delivery method on the nipple is hard because it's really hard to get just one drop out. Other than this logisitcal issue, I love this product.
