Replacement Tube (dual lumen binaurals) fits ALL leading brand single-head Cardiology Stethoscopes T72 ORANGE

I am an Emergency Medicine Specialty Doctor. Purchased these binaurals to replace cracked tubing on my Littmann Master Cardiology stethoscope. The price was vastly cheaper than their genuine Littmann counterpart - 4 times cheaper in fact.These binaurals are double lumen just like the original. The tubing is identical in appearance, the tubing wall is thicker by about half a millimetre. The tubing is more flexible than the original Littmann tubing which is advantageous as it sits more comfortably around my neck. The tubing attached to the stethoscope head every bit as securely as the original tubing. The texture of the tubing is smoother and more glossy than the original tubing. To my eye this complements the chromed head of the stethoscope better. The ear fit is perfect, not too tight nor too loose. The original tubing was rather too tight in the ears. The rubber ear tips are a marked improvement in comfort over the Littmann originals and that 3 pairs are included with these binaurals along with replacement diaphragm and retaining ring and name badge is really remarkable for a replacement part so much lower in cost than the Littmann original. What is even more impressive, and one might find this hard to believe, but the audio quality is without a doubt better than that produced by the original Littmann tubing when it was new. All of these things combined makes me recommend these binaurals above the Littmann original part even if it were the case that both were priced the same. Although the density of the tubing very well may be lower than the density of the original Littmann tubing and subsequently reduce the durability, the other positive factors in particular the audio quality makes purchasing and using these binaurals a no-brainer. Highly recommend!!!

I purchased this because I had inherited a 20-year-old Littmann Master Cardiology stethoscope that was missing a tubing. If you don't get the correct fit, it is because you bought the wrong tubing. Make sure you buy the correct size tubing. This one is 7mm diameter with dual lumen and fits perfectly on a Litmman Master Cardiology stethoscope stem. This replacement tubing is PERFECT! The blue color is vibrant and beautiful. I'm super happy about this purchase. The shipping time was fast!It is as pictured, but.... it came with some bonus items that I was not expecting -- some replacement diaphragms in varying sizes, a name tag, and two additional sets of ear pieces! Imagine how surprised and happy I was!! I'm not sure how long it'll wear but I think I will get great use out of it. Sound quality is superb, as you would expect from this particular stethoscope, and the tubing did not decrease the quality of this chest piece. What's more, it's in a color that will be hard to "get lost". The picture I attached is the assembled stethoscope. I only had a chest piece. See all the additional items that it came with!The price is great! I would definitely buy this again in a heart beat!

Fit great. Needed a cheap replacement tubefor my litman. Im a flight paramedic.

Does the job. Price eas right, as opposed to paying over $110 for the branded type. Sound is good, but it doesn't have that high class feel. Came with accessories such as buds and diaphragms... Worth the purchase if you are not a cardiology sub-specialist...

The tubing on my Littmann Cardio III cracked after 12 years of service. This was easy to install onto the Littmann bell, and the sound quality is good. I like to have a green stethoscope so that it doesn't get swiped as easily- this green is a little "sillier" of a color than the Littmann hunter green, but it'll do. The earpieces are comfortable, and the variety of extra diaphragms is nice, too. (It also comes with a low-quality nametag attachment. I appreciate the thought but think it looks a bit unprofessional.)Overall- great replacement tube.

The tubing did not fit on my littman master classic. I gave it to a coworker and it fit her littman cardiology scope. I was bummed that I couldn't use it but it seems to be of great quality!

Good quality product at a fair price. Bought this to replace the tubing on my stethoscope. Fit perfectly and good sound quality.

Bought this replacement tube to fit my Littman bell. The tube was too large in diameter so I cannot use it. Unfortunately I waited too long to try it and the return window has closed. Looks to be good quality if it were to have fit. Just know it is not universal fitting.
