Simple but effective upgrade
Starting off, these risers are great. That small lift improves the ergonomics of the entire rig. The height in addition to the 5 degree tilt give a much more natural feel to the shifter and pedals. This also improves the clearance under the wheel for your knees as they are at a much better angle. They arrived very promptly in a very padded parcel. The kit includes the manual, risers + bolts, and surprisingly high quality 13mm crescent wrench. Installation took me about 15 minutes and was fairly straight forward. All the parts feel sturdy and high quality -- you can really torque the bolts down without any worries of stripping or breaking. For such a low price, I highly recommend this upgrade.Side note: 4/5 stars on "thickness", kind of a weird metric to rate a product. This product is sufficiently thicc.

Awesome product and customer service is second to none
Before I actually get into the review I need to speak to the customer service of HomeRacer. My personal rep, Dimitar at HomeRacer has been fantastic from start to finish. I contacted him with what I wanted to do with their OpenWheeler rig, what I was looking for and he guided me to exactly what I needed. HomeRacer's OpenWheeler rig is rock solid and very well built but their customer service is even better. If you not sure what you need reach out to them and they will help you out.Without further delay let me get into the product. I already had a racing rig that I had purchased a few weeks previously and it fit the need for racing but I also needed a flight rig and OpenWheeler was the answer.First let me say the construction is of the quality that you would get if you spent about 5 times as much. Welds are perfect, everything is rigid and they send you not only ALL the tools you need to put it together they send hardware for every set up. The included instructions are very accurate, easy to understand and have tons of pictures to help guide you through the setup process. The items were packaged like it was going to battle and everything in the box was labeled making assembly that much easier. Shipping was lightning fast from order (after shipping hours) package went out next day and was on my doorstep the following day.In order to get exactly what I wanted I had to custom build (order) the parts I needed so this review will be under each item I ordered. If you reading this review I have ordered that part and highly recommend it.I can not stress this enough, if you need a racing, flight rig or a combination of both call or message them. You can thank me later!!!!

Great quality, common thread pattern.
I bought this for a completely different racing rig. My fake racing seat office chair snapped off the stand a while back. So I bought a chair less and broken racing sim setup off Facebook market place. This riser kit was surprisingly easy to install onto my chair and the non-correct racing rig. With just $15 extra from a hardware store, this bolted right up.The parts are accurately cut and evenly tilted for optimal seating pattern. The height is perfect. Not to high. Not to low. 10/10 would trust this brand.

Really Improves the rig
I have an Openwheeler gen 1 and these fit just perfect. Makes much easier to sit and get up from the rig, also sitting up higher improves comfort a lot. It's built out of metal and a bit of a chore to install but it's not hard really. Everything you need to install is included.Recommended.

Critical improvement to the standard design
I have one of the first-gen OW seats. It sits too low to the ground, and the seat bottom is too flat and level to be comfortable. With no lumbar support from the seat back, it was all wrong from an ergonomic point of view. The OW seat is very good quality and well made, but very uncomfortable and I had resorted to sitting on stacked cushions until I found this. This is a critical improvement to make the seat much more comfortable. The driving position is now much closer to eye level, to a large TV hung on a wall, and the ergonomics of the sitting position are much better with the higher seating position. And the kit is as high quality as the original seat, with quality extruded posts and hardware, and very clear instructions. It only took about 20 minutes to install them and set the seat back in place for racing.EDIT: after using for a bit, I can understand why the Gen-2 seat with it's pedal bar at a slightly less severe angle would be better... the angles when sitting up higher now means your feet are at a more severe angle when operating the pedals, making it slightly less comfortable in that regard. Maybe some more minor adjustments will lessen the effect, but your feet are now bent upward at the ankle a bit and it's enough to cause a little discomfort and soreness after a while.

Exceptional service and advice!
I had an older model Open Wheeler seat/chassis racing combo and wanted to convert it to a flight sim setup using a Seat Lift kit. I called the company to be sure they would work on my older seat. I spoke to Dimitar who advised me I had a Gen 1 seat chassis but needed to upgrade to a Gen 3 (offering a much better than expected discount on the Gen 3 chassis upgrade) for the risers to work. His advice and help after I received all the parts was invaluable in helping me do the necessary modifications. The build quality of all parts is top-notch and I cannot imagine getting better service than was provided to me by Dimitar.

Specifically for OpenWheeler Gaming Chair
When I got my Openwheeler Gaming Chair I also ordered these lifts. What an absolute difference in the way the chair feels being lifted off the ground. When you order these with the chair, the bottom chair frame is not attached. If the frame is attached, you will have to dismantle it to put the lifts on. The most important thing to remember is installing the lifts and pointing them in the correct direction. If you don't, the frame will not go back on correctly. These lifts are essential if you want more comfort in the chair while gaming. I highly recommend purchasing them if you plan to spend an extended period of time in the chair.
