Very poor quality.
The quality of the product is very poor. As I was not really using this for security, did not return. My kid was using for his cycle. After 5-6 times usage the lock was not opening, because number dials were loose. After great struggle we could open the lock. But then it is either getting locked or not locked. Just threw it away.

No manual provided for reset the keys. Default key was 0000. But no where it's mentioned.
