I usually do not review products on Amazon. I purchased a more expensive version ($89) from another brand, and it didn't work on my kid's Alienware X15 R2 laptop. I returned it the same day and purchased this one for an overnight delivery. It worked like a charm and looks very durable. It's only been a few days, so not sure how long it will last but I am happy with it as it keeps my 10yr playing his favorite games during the summer break.

Bought this on May 1,2023 and on July 12, 2023 it wasn't working. I noticed this spot that looks like it is melted from the inside (it bubbles outward). I rarely use this charger; maybe once or twice a week for a couple hours at a time. Looking for warranty information, I saw a few people that had similar experiences and tried to contact the seller with no success. Rather than hassel with a company that seems to have no interest in helping customers with defective products, I think I'm gonna eat the $50 and find a more reliable seller.

I bought this exact charger from a PC battery website and it took a week to arrive. Charger stopped working after 2 weeks. I came to Amazon and bought a new one at 6:00 pm on a Thursday and it arrived the very next day. So far there has been no problems

This was purchased after the original stopped working in less than a year. Have had this for a few months for my teenage sons computer and it's still kicking with no problems, good considering he's not gentle with his computer and has it running alot.

Bought this last year, and have found that, while it lasts for a good while, it does tend to break down... that being said, upon contacting the company who makes and sends it out, I can usually get a replacement within days of contacting them. The person that has dealt with me over the times that I needed a replacement has been nothing but kind and does his best to get back as soon as possible, as well as make sure that you get your replacement product as fast as they can.

My ancient laptop is alive again, thanks to this!
