Really like.
Game changer. I really like this. However keep in mind that this is quite different from the soy sauce that we are familiar with in the Indian market. On it's own it has a slightly fermented, slightly salty umami taste. The colour is also very natural(a dark caramel colour when you pour it out). I personally think this is good quality and worth the money.

A delicious product that is genuine and greatly augments the umami taste in any dish. Do bear in mind that this contains a fair bit of salt and adjust accordingly. Love it.

Beware of Expiry Date
The Kikkoman Soy is flavorsome and fantastic. We have been using the brand for years together having brought in the 1st bottle overseas maybe 15 plus years ago. Unfortunately, the expiry date on the supplied bottle is Jan 2024 which I noticed after opening the bottle. I would have returned it otherwise It is unlikely that we would finish 500ml in 2 months. Please make it a point of checking the expiry date before opening it.

The pure.From the ingredients list, there is no Preservatives or added color is added. and is about water Soy wheat and salt. Pure taste. Must buy item for aby dish

What I liked about this product
It doesn't taste anything like any of your local brands soy sauce. It has a unique smell(umami i think) and taste. The dishes flavour gets so much better with it.

Good, nice flavour
Tastes a bit egg-y, but overall a flavourful sauce. Remember, that liquid soya sauce is supposed to go with other liquid gravy only. To coat soya sauce on solid items, like noodles or chicken, use Dark Soya Sauce in addition, also.

This soy sauce tastes really really good, I used it for loads of different noodles from barley to vietnamese black rice sticks. Just go for it!!
