Seemed a little tight. Coated the o ring with dielectric grease and slid right in

Cheap plastic material
Thw receiving end of the tube that mounts to the water pump was thin walled and broke easily when trying to manipulate it into place. I ended up using the oring on the old BMW product which was intact, otherwise I would have sent it back. Recommend looking for a quality product; BMW, Mhale, Mini, Dorman, etc.

Pipe fits 2010 MC R55 S but O ring is too big
This was a nice, cheap option for replacing the water pipe on my 2010 Mini Cooper Clubman S R55, but I could not get it to fit inside the pump with the included o-ring. I was able to replace the o-ring, but it was a pain.Also, the included metal clip was spread too wide and didn't work either - though I just reused the clip already on my car.

My water pipe broke when I was trying to replace the thermostat on my R56 Mini and I didn't want to pay OEM prices for a piece of plastic. So I got this aftermarket part and it fit perfectly. Came with the pipe, seal, and lock spring. Only time will tell if it will last as long as OEM, though. So far, so good.
