Broken pieces, bad customer service
I ordered this and decided to cancel my order literally 15-20 minutes after I placed my order because I no longer needed these.However, the order was pending cancellation for almost a week. I messaged amazon about it but they told me to contact the seller since its fulfilled by a third party. So I did. They said they've already dispatched it so unable to cancel. That is a pathetic excuse because they had a week to cancel it.Anyway now that I have received the product, it came with a broken queen and missing pawn.If you look at the images I posted you can see the low quality of the plastic. It's hollow and the surface has a lot of imperfections and scratches. And pretty much every piece has this.I would not recommend this low quality product, especially due to the bad customer service.I will be requesting a full refund.
