Love love love these Arapas!
I have to go gluten-free for my thyroid function as I deal with hypothyroidism and I and antibodies. These are just so yummy! I enjoy them Twice them in the toaster or fried in a little bit of olive oil with sea salt. Sometimes sleep top them with all sorts of things like avocados, sautéed spinach, queso fresco...whatever!
