Q: What exactly does this come with? Do I need shuffle board sticks? Is it for adults or kids and is it for a table or floor?

The set comes complete with rolling pucks (caroms) you slide by hand. It can be used on a table or the floor. Its for all ages but my guess is 8 and over since there is a bit of math and fine motor skills involved. Our 20 somethings thought it was fun.

Q: The pucks didnt come with the boards

They should come with the board. Contract seller or order a replacement.

Q: What is the material? Solid wood?

Hard wood trim and laminated top and bottom plywood surface.
