Hi. I use this everyday and love it as my primary antiperspirant. However, there is a better product to meet your needs, Carpe Foot Lotion. I have also used the full line of Carpe products and think this is a better match for your son. Didn't ask about the pores. Need to know if this burns your face off like Drysol. It probably does... that's how you know it is working....fml

yes, i use it on my feet and palms. the lotion is less sticky in the heat

Q: Can this be used on palms of hands?

In my humble opinion you can try it but imagine will wash off with hand washing or sanitizer. Might be a temporary fix.
