fit is great
It was perfect. I recovered my semi-professional wega brand record player, I gave it up for lost, it was a blessing

Fits my Pickering xv-15
Sounds fine to my ears. Fits and hasn't broken yet. Mine went into an old Pioneer TT with a Pickering XV-15 cartridge.

Stylus works great
When my original stylus broke as I was about to transfer my vinyls to CD. I found this replacement and am totally happy with its performance. I have vinyls I purchased as far back as 1958 still in good condition, but want to preserve them and use their music in the car. One 78 album, by Dorothy Shay, is from the 1940s. Back in-the-day a good diamond stylus cost as much as $100, so this was a relief. You may need a preamplifier with a voltage gain of 30, as I did, and just recently made it to raise the level enough to drive a CD recorder like the one I reviewed earlier. I did see the preamps available from Amazon, but I chose to make mine knowing exactly what I needed.

which makes good quality stuff
The seller didn't give any details in their write-up but what I received was a stylus made by Pfanstiehl, which makes good quality stuff. It has a polished conical tip. The stylus works very well in my Pickering v-15 cartridge. No complaints.

Glad to find needle that worked at a good price.
I was glad to find a needle--It didn't look exactly like the old one but it worked fine.
