When taking this pill at night before bedtime in the morning u will go number 2 for sure it's good
The Quality of this product is very good I already loose 2 pounds around my waist I noticed my appetite is not as much for Snacking anymore and my energy level is much higher I will order more to help me archive my goals

Seems to be helping me
I have several conditions that make me always exhausted, so I'm always looking for something that will give me more energy, and cut the carb cravings. I started adding this to my regimen a couple weeks ago and I have noticed a difference, both in energy and in cravings. I always do research before I start something new, and all the googling on medical sites say that this is a great supplement for many things. I will probably continue using this.
