A must have. There are so many books on the vagus nerve. This book it perfect. It is so informative.

Very helpful!
This book is amazing! If you are suffering with inflammation and/or anxiety this book is a must to read. Both of these issues are very difficult to live with and there is no easy solution. However, this book really does help. First, it gives you hope that you can take control of your situation, which is huge. It also explains how you can deal more successfully with these issues in an easy to apply manner. What techniques I have applied from the book have worked well for me and I look forward to learning more and seeing what else I can improve. This is definitely a book I will be using for many years to come!

There is a lot of good information contained! It is good book.
This book translates complex neurobiological concepts into understandable language for the average reader. There are practical, easy to follow exercises mentioned in this book. I like the comprehensive nature of the book! The book includes a range of techniques, such as breathing exercises, cold exposure, and mindfulness practices.
