Dare Whippet Black Forest Cookies, 285g/10.1oz (Imported from Canada)

The cookies taste very good. The marshmallow is very fresh and the graham is crispy. The chocolate coating had a white film, which was caused by improper storage and shipping by Amazon.My cookies arrived crushed because Amazon stupidly shipped a fragile food item in a plastic sleeve rather than a box. This is the first time I have experienced such a stupid mistake on their part in 15 years of ordering from Amazon. It makes me wary to ever buy food items from them again.

I couldn't in good conscience recommend that anyone buy this product. I like unusual cookies and these reminded me of something from my childhood, so two days ago I plunked down $9 +and bought a box. The cookies I received were dry and old. The marshmallow portion was tough, like trying to eat a rubber ball. Tough taffy on your teth. Marshmallows are supposed to be light and moist, not dense and dry. The dark chocolate on them was good. But there is supposed to be a cherry filling spot inside these. I could not find or taste anything to this effect. The 'best eaten before" date on the box said July, 2025, 7 weeks from now. This may have been very old stock, but if so, why is Amazon selling it at all? Thoroughly disappointing. And a shame because the public would like a cookie like this if it was fresh and good tasting. I really don't like being critical and would like to see people succeed with their products, but this is just plain disappointing. My roommate tried these along with me and had the same opinion.

Delicious! Some did arrive with cracked chocolate coating but nothing crushed or crumbled

I could not resist these when I saw them and I’m glad I didn’t! The box was a little crushed when it arrived, but the actual cookies are fine.

The cookies (crumbs)are delicious. However, they are all busted up. Please don't send cookies in a bag.! Send them in a box so they don't get ruined.
