GLP-1 Patches with L Glutamine, Berberine, Chromium, Pomegranate and Cinnamon - 30 Count

I've been using these patches for just about a week and it's crazy how much they do work to reduce cravings and my appetite! I usually where it during my workday and by the time I'm home for dinner I eat a small meal and avoid pre-bedtime snacking, which was my biggest weakness. I found they stick really well as long as you use just that edge to peel the patch off the plastic backing; touching too much of the patch prior to skin placement takes the stickiness right off.They are pretty hard to get off, which is a good thing I think. They do leave a very light ring on the skin for a few days after removal, which is annoying but it also helps to be sure you aren't placing the patch in the same area of skin but rotating areas.Overall, I think this is a steal for the results! I figured $15 isn't too bad to gamble on this product and it definitely is worth the investment each month. I find even if I try to make myself snack (seeing if it's the place o effect) I just have zero desire, whereas my cravings are usually through the roof each afternoon. I'm excited to continue with this treatment and see how the results increase over time.Thanks Kind for making an affordable, healthy option for those of us just wanting to maintain our weight!

They fell off after only being on for an hour. I put them on the inside of my arm and after an hour looked down and it was gone. I’m not a very active person so it’s not like I was outside running and sweating. I was just doing daily tasks. They didn’t get wet And I didn’t sweat so I have no idea why they fell off other than that they were defective. Amazon told me I couldn’t get a refund.

Works well for appetite suppressant and craving control. Lost two pounds within the first 10 days, but absolutely removes skin with removal. I’ve tried soap, and warm water to ease removal. I will try an adhesive remover agent, but if that doesn’t work, I can’t see continuing use. I have many skin irritation circles at this point on my body. Not ideal.

Tried these out not knowing what to expect, but they actually helped me stay more in control around snacks and sweets. I noticed I wasn’t reaching for junk food as often, which was a nice change. Easy to use and didn’t irritate my skin. Would recommend giving them a try if you’re looking for a little extra support with cravings.

I’ve been using these patches a week and a half, and it’s been giving me debilitating headaches, skin, rashes, and skin lesions. The first three days it made me so hungry. I ate more than usual in the last two days. I’ve just been getting nauseous, but the headaches are awful.

I found that I am not as snackie as I usually am. These are great for curbing the cravings. The adhesive is a bit aggressive. Overall, I'll keep using these to help with my weight loss goal.

It's only been 10 days, but the scale is changing direction. I can tell a difference and my cravings and hunger levels are getting better making it easier to make healthy choices. Things don't feel so out of control.I wasn't sure where to place them but I either put on my abdomen or my thigh. Only once did it come off on its own but I probably wrinkled it when I put it on.t

Today was my first day wearing the patch. I cannot tell you if the product works or not, but what I can tell you is this product RIPPED my skin!!! I placed the patch on my upper abdomen area and when I took it off the adhesive TORE my skin off!I am very upset! This is absolutely ridiculous. Do not waste your time or money!
