New and Perfect
I was a little concerned about ordering this computer because several reviews noted that no computer arrived, only empty boxes. However, I believe this is due to unscrupulous people at the shipping company. Mine was shipped by FedEx. It arrived on time and in perfect shape. The computer is well packaged. The computer and its charger were in plastic. The Lenovo box was sealed and new. That box was inside another undamaged shipping box. There was a thin, soft shield between the keyboard and the screen for protection. I opened the computer and it turned itself on. Right now it is charging and not in use. I expect it will be a great computer.

Decent and a good price.
Very Basic, but it does all that I need in a laptop. I upgraded from a Chromebook and I no longer bounce against a lack of memory.

$400 paperweight
The media could not be loaded. If I could give it a negative-10 I would. This thing has a dull screen. I can't tell you much else since it stopped responding during the initial setup. I got past selecting language and it got stuck on keyboard layout. I tried connecting a mouse and it would still just sit there. Cheap expensive brick paperweight. Avoid this

Opened box and SO SLOW.
I was concerned immediately upon opening this because the security sticker was already opened on the laptop. On looking at it, the laptop itself looked fine though, so I proceeded to setup. This processor (dual core celeron) is S L O W. I didn't realize at the time of ordering, so learn from my mistake. I've been looking to see if there was bloatware or something else that might be slowing it down, but haven't found anything yet. It can't even keep 3 tabs open on Chrome without long pauses to load. CPU is showing 100% usage at that low level of activity.
