They work
I usually am very picky with the taste of electrolytes, these are tolerable for me and they work really well. They are about quarter sized and fizzy.

Quality electrolytes, an absolute must for hydration and keeping your body chemistry in order while doing any sort of exercise. I also like the fact that these are very lightly, discretely flavored, not too sweet.

The right Hydration
This is great for walking five miles on the golf course. I feel better and less fatigued after a round. Also, leg cramps have deceased. I think I like the lemon / lime flavor the best. Gatorade without the sugar. Works for me

Love the orange. Be careful from whom you purchase, though.
I love the orange flavor. But watch for which seller you buy from. I bought from PNW XCHANGE, and they only sent 1 of the 3 tubes. And since it's non-returnable, it was a bit of a hassle to get my refund.

Convenient
The tablets will be great for taking traveling. Unfortunately they are thick and large, they do not fit in the average 16 oz bottle of water you buy in a gas station. You have to break them in half to get them in.
