Was having intermittent issues with my steps going back, now I have no problem at all.

This was used to replace a failed unit. Works as expected so no complaint there. Almost plug and play installation with several wires unused. Research and compare to unit you are replacing as there are several of these that look very similar. Decent price as compared to other suppliers.

This product came just as it looks and within the time I was told it would arrive. Simple job to replace. My coach steps were working good as new in an hour.

I bought this module after determining that my newly installed step motor didn't fix the problem. Stupidly, the three techs and myself assumed the module was okay and the problem was with one of the several components in the step system.Finally, after the fourth tech ( and $800 ) later we discovered the module was bad.It's too late to get my money back, but I am writing this as a precautionary tale to prospective buyers.Buy it someplace else!

Direct replacement for the step controller on our 2006 Monaco Camelot motorhome. Unplugged the old, couple of splice connectors for the power and step light. Works perfectly

Installed with new drive motor and steps working great again.

Easy install, identical to original, plugs fit well. Be very sure you have the correct door switch and it is working correctly. This unit needs a switch that is CLOSED with the magnet AWAY from the switch. I had problems with a randomly sticking switch and then the wrong switch (open with magnet away from the switch).

My rv steps would open and then not retract. I could unplug this control and when I plugged it back up the steps would retract and either stay out or come back in and stay. This was easy to replace. Less than 30 minutes and steps work correctly again.
