Doctor told me to take them twice today so I just started taking them twice today and see how that does but I love my probiotics but they doctor told me to just go up the dosage.

I'm on my second bottle now and it has given me a slow change but I do feel like it has helped me go everyday and twice also. So that's a slight improvement. Has not seen my skin gets better but my oral health has improved, like it doesn't feel so yucky in the morning. I will continue to use.

I’m so glad I tried these. Have only been taking them for about a week but so far but the biggest difference I have experienced is with my oral health. My mouth feels clean/fresh not only in the morning but throughout the day!

This product really works! Helps if you aren't a regular bathroom user, it made me into a regular bathroom user and multiple times a day. I take it first thing in the morning and have been taking it consistently everyday and has made a change in my stomach I am less bloated and less hungry throughout the day.

There is a false bottom in this product. There’s very few pills. I would love a refund. This is nothing. I expected other products from this company. They were great. This one was a rip off.
