this product has been viral in tiktok! so i wanted try it i have been more interested in natural supplments, so I decided to try Shilajit Capsules. When I looked at the ingredients, I was pleasantly surprised to see that it contains not only Shilajit but also ashwagandha, rhodiola rosea, and panax ginseng, which are known for their adaptogenc and energy-boosting properties. Additionally it includes Turmeric, Stinging Nettle, Cordyceps Mushroom, and Ginkgo biloba, all of which have various health benefits, particularly for immunity and cognitive function.after 3 weeks i will keep uptaded the results here.

Been taking it for a week and haven't noticed any difference. Going to finish this and try a different supplement.

It caused hair loss for me. It must have increased my testosterone levels. Not funny when you're female. Now I needed to get a different supplement to balance it out again. Needless to say I won't repurchase.

Im sold. Have seen tons of adds in the past for Shilajit products, and i finally caved and ordered. Have only been taking for about a week, and not sure if its placebo, but this stuff freaking works! Endurance/strength in the gym has been top tier. Mood enhancement, sleep quality, energy. Really excited to see how I'm feeling with prolonged usage but so far 10/10.
