I purchased the A6L headset for work to replace an older headset that went over the head. The package came in a box with a case that doubles as a charger, a USB dongle if you want to connect it via dongle instead of Bluetooth, a USB-C charging cable, various earpiece sizes, and an instruction booklet. The charging unit also doubles as a carrying case, making it nice and compact for travel. It easily fits in my pants pocket or travel bag, so I can still use it for business.The headset is hooked over the ear, which keeps the headset in place, and after finding the correct size earpiece, the headset fits snugly into my ear. I shook my head a few times to see if it would fall out, but it was in there pretty sturdy. I could use the headset for about 6 hours before I needed to re-charge it on the base. The base does have an onboard battery, so you don't need to plug it in for the headset to charge. Just place the headset on the charging port, which will charge it in about 2-3 hours. I could charge the headset about 3-4 times before recharging the base, which is very nice, especially when traveling and not always having access to an available outlet. An LCD readout on the base lets you know how much battery is left in the base before you need to recharge it.The setup was very easy. As soon as I turned on the headset, it started in pairing mode. My laptop searched for the device, and it found it without any issues. I could connect the headset to 2 devices, so I connected it to my laptop and phone to use both devices without changing headsets. When you place the headset down or back on the charger, it will automatically disconnect from the Bluetooth to save the battery on both the headset and the device. When I pick up the headset, it will automatically re-connect to the paired devices, making it easy and quick to answer calls or join meetings without having to turn on and re-pair the devices. I also tested the connection using the dongle, and the laptop found it without issues.The sound quality is very good. It will not replace audiophile earpieces, but the sound is clear, and I can hear everyone on my Zoom call very clearly. The microphone could easily pick up my voice from the sea of background noises on the street. However, it is not noise canceling, so there were still background noises for others listening, but it wasn't too distracting, and they could hear me.Overall, I am very happy with this headset. It is compact with a great battery life that can be taken on business travel without fearing it breaking or getting lost. It works well with virtual meetings such as Zoom, RingCentral, Microsoft Teams, and Google Hangouts. I could connect and use this headset for all those platforms without issues.

Poly Voyager 5200 & Apple Air Pods Pro no more! I have been waiting to write this review to thoroughly test this out. I have purchased most of the tops headsets over the years of being in sales, remote work, and all the steering while time driving to clients. I have purchased and been stuck on the Planatronics / Poly Voyager 5200 (purchased 4+ of these they broke over time, charger box died etc. Not to mention, as you all know, recent updates the call would just drop while talking and it wasn’t fixable.) Then, AirPods Pro…. Noise cancellation, yes, music quality good. Yes, but the down is the size doesn’t fit good in your ear and the gosh forbid you are in a noisy place like a coffee shop, lawn mower, etc. If you are and try to use either the 5200 or AirPods Pro the person on the other end will not be able to hear you at all. If my dog barks, then they hear it. Plus, the price tags on the ones mentioned before get expensive when you keep shelling out $200-$300 + AppleCare etc over and over. Well, I searched Amazon and came across this brand. I looked at the price and the reviews and was like there isn’t anyway in the world this thing is half as good. I’ll buy it, try it a few weeks, and when it doesn’t work I’ll send it back. Boy could I be wrong. This joker is lightweight, snug in your ear, cancels all noise around so you can listen at low volume and the call quality with the AI noise cancelation is par to none. I’ve used my Stihl blower and folks on the other end can hear me perfectly. The range to walk away from my laptop on the dongle or my iPhone to go to the mailbox etc doesn’t lose connection. I’ve had it for weeks now and only one time have I drained the charging box. I have never drained the battery (no joke). This thing last forever and the build quality is that good. My FedEx delivery person and all my co-workers have all switched over to this. They all agree this is hands down the best. I will never buy another but this. I’m in real estate sales. It isn’t uncommon for me to be on this 5+ hours a day. Trust me. This is a game changer.
