Expensive, but last a long time and do a good job
These really clean the plaque from your teeth and they last a very long time.

Expensive but worth it
Phillips sonicare I’d rather an expensive range and the brushes look expensive too. However, after using an oral b electric toothbrush for a number of years I am finding the Phillips range to be much better and better quality. Overall for me the extra cost is well worth it.

Not as effective as other toothbrush heads
I bought these as a replacement for the usual brush heads that I get (Premium Plaque Defence). These are definitely not as effective as the Premium Plaque Defence as my teeth didn't feel quite as clean and plaque free as when I brush with the Premium heads. The one good thing about them is the size - it means that you can clean all of the hard-to-get areas. In short, it's worth paying the extra for a toothbrush head that I will give you a much closer clean, but this will definitely suffice if you're hoping to spend a little less.

Great brush heads poor toothbrush
I have now had four Philips Sonicare toothbrushes over the last few years and they have all failed after 10-13 months in the same place. A cheap and small grub screw (which you cannot get to unless you do a post mortem on the brush) works loose and causes the shaft to vibrate so it’s like holding a pneumatic road drill. Philips has known about the problem for years but nothing changes. I’ve also reported it to WHICH? magazine but they still award the toothbrushes as best buys. Point is, don’t stock up on these heads as you will need to change to a different brand when your toothbrush breaks down, which of my experience is anything to go by, it will!

Seem good, but not had for long
They were less than some other options, came on time and fit the brush. Impossible to rate longevity

You get what you pay for.
My wife uses these and thinks they are very good. A bit pricey but .......You get what you pay for.

Philips
Who would have thought that trying out a new heads can improve your brushing experience. I wouldn't until now. I have been using the Sonicare Diamond Clean Standard brush heads since I had my Sonicare electric toothbrush and just thought let's try some other heads. It was worth it. These are harder, hence are able to do better job. The Diamond heads are rather softer that is for the whitening effect. Either way any Philips product is just as good, but these Optimal heads have something more to offer when it comes to feel the clean teeth.

Great Cleaning but don’t Last Long
This was the first time I had tried these toothbrush heads and I was really impressed as they give a great clean as well as being gentle on the gums. They are better than the previous heads bought for my Philips Sonicare Brush as they give a better clean but seem to last the same amount of time - about 6-8 weeks - even though they say they should last 3 months. That’s the only downside so far though and the price is good compared to shop prices.
