D20S Max+ Robot Vacuum and Mop, Specifically Handling Pet Hair Design, 6000Pa Max Suction, with Self-Empty Dock, 10 Weeks Hands-Free Cleaning, PreciSense LiDAR Navigation, App & Voice Control

I needed a replacement for my Shark robot vacuum that would no longer connect to our wifi no matter what I did to attempt connection. So, I did extensive research before I made my next robot vacuum purchase. The Teendow d20s Max+ seems to have the necessary features that I need since we do have 3 dogs. I need a robot vacuum that can easily connect and STAY connected to our wifi. Check mark the first box! ✅️ Next, we need a vacuum with strong suction to pick up dog hair times three particularly in our high traffic areas. ✅️ Finally, I need a vacuum that has a collection receptacle easy to clean and can hold plenty of dust, dirt, and dog hair. I disliked that the Shark vacuum had to be emptied 3 times each day to cover our household and the cleaning of the device was SO messy! The Teendow d20s Max+ holds A LOT more dirt and does not have to be emptied daily. I can easily go 2-3 weeks before the dust bag needs replaced. The only small downside right now is the difficulty in finding replacement dust bags by themselves. The only option I can find is a complete replacement pack that I do not need at the moment. Amazon, not the seller, incorrectly pairs replacement dust bags that are NOT compatible as an option to bundle. I did notify Amazon of their error and have to return the incompatible bags. But it is not the seller's fault. Lastly, the suction to emptied the vacuum into the dust bin is AMAZING! Clears out everything and you are left with a clean and ready to go vacuum! Great product! P.S. I have not used the other options yet. But excited to try!

This robot vacuum is a huge upgrade from my old one! It cleans thoroughly, moving in neat, professional lines and leaving my carpets looking freshly vacuumed.It navigates tight spaces with ease, including tricky areas like under furniture and around dining chairs, without getting stuck. When it does encounter an issue, it provides clear voice alerts—I was even notified when a small item got stuck in the brush.Unlike my old vacuum, this one returns to its charging station on its own and covers every corner, including along the walls. It’s reliable, efficient, and keeps my home looking spotless. Highly recommend!

Very useful products. It helps me clean the room especially in the carpet area.very strong suction and clean. Loved the self cleaning and user friendly. Will recommend this to my friends.

I absolutely love my Teendow! The extra bonus of the pet attachments are AMAZING! Especially for when the winter coats are shedding! It's easy to use, works great and saves me so much time on a daily basis! Definitely worth every penny!

2nd update. Again i really wanted to love this product. They sent me a new unti after the fan stopped working on my first vaccum after 2 weeks. The new unit does not mop. No water comes out at all. Once again customer service was no help and actually told me they wouldn't ship the product unless i left a "kind" review. I ended returning the product. Over all the vacuum works well until the fan goes out abd the mop didn't work at all.I'm giving this product 3 star because I really want love it. It does really clean well and picks up all of my dog's fur. Both the app and vacuum are really easy to use. The only problem is it stopped working after 2 weeks. It took a couple of days for customer service to get back to me but they agreed to send me a new unit. Here's hoping the new unit doesn't break again. I really do love this product and have super high hopes for it.

We have 2 big dogs. One is a Great Pyrenees who sheds like it's his job! I am unable to vacuum as i am pending back surgery, and my husband, God love him, does many things well, but vacuumIng is not one of them! I have read the complaints about long haired dogs fulling the roller. I don't think any roller can handle the Great Pyrenees fur. I find it quite easy to turn Rosie over, cut off the fur, set her back out. Literally 5 minutes and she cleans the floor amazingly. We have had her now over a month, with daily use. I just ordered the replacement bags, roller etc. My plan is now to pop out the roller, pop in a clean one and send her back on her merry path. She is quiet enough that she doesn't bother the dogs, where every other vacuum has. I still have to do under some furniture and the stairs, but that is nothing compared to what she does!! She does usually have to stop,empty and recharge, but that doesn't impact me. I still haven't played with all the bells and whistles yet, but it was the vacuumIng and the price that sold me, and this robot is worth every penny!!

The media could not be loaded. This thing is a work horse! I’ve owned 3 robot vacuums and have always been disappointed by the quality and the ability to actually clean the floor without being sensitive to every little bump, or not being able to stand the test of time’ I decided to give this guy a shot because it had a pet grooming feature and had great reviews. The technology in this vacuum is second to none! The ease of setup, app, and mapping function are top tier! It has multiple levels of suction which also corresponds to the noise levels and it gets every inch of the floor clean! I love that you can follow along in the app, and make some spaces off limits. There are too many benefits to list in a review, just go for it!

Vacuum works great. Picks up dog hair and dirt. I think it works better than the other robotic vacuums I have had. It is a little louder than I expected. Having difficulty finding replacement dust bags.
