Good charger
Working very well for 18650 batteries.

Works as advertised but wires in cord are tiny
To note the wires used in the cord are only 24 gauge in which at max are rated for 2 amps. To say the least they are in spec but barely. Product works as intended. (Unless you mix the positive and negative and accidentally let the smoke out)

Perfect charger for my 31 Wh pack
I watched the voltage and current as it charged my pack of 3 Ultralife UBBL39 cells. Perfect application of voltage & current for this pack. Started out briefly at 2 amps but fairly quickly settled around 1.3A for the bulk charge. Once the pack hit 11 volts the current started tapering off as the voltage rose to 12.7. Finally the green light came on with current around 10mA.

Worked for a few hours and then popped
The good: Charged the 3S battery two times.The bad: Mad a very small pyrotechnic display when I attempted a third charge.The Ugly: It is out of the 30day warranty and it's not even heavy enough for a door stop.Save your money, shop elsewhere.

Works well and the price can’t be beat.
This works perfectly to charge an aftermarket li-ion battery pack used in a toy. I recommend this for most 3S applications where time of charge is not critical.
